" Greetings to all our European and Middle East Missionaries. A great time was had by all our missionaries as we met in Kusadasi Turkey. Everyone commented how much they enjoyed the reports and prayer time of their colleagues. The fun time as well was beneficial to all and a big thanks to Dr. Beacham and Susan for speaking into our lives.
Praise the Lord for reports like Ismail Serinken's about how God is moving at a steady pace in 3 areas of Turkey and that the has been more people come to Christ and been baptized in 3 months than in a whole year.
Praise the Lord for the New "family" members that joined IPHC in Ukraine. Welcome Dawn of Life and thanks Larry and Debbie Mininger.

Debbie and I are in Xmelnitsky, Ukraine to visit daughter churches this week and hold a regional conference next week. This city has been described as the HARDEST HIT CITY IN ALL OF EUROPE WITH THE SWINE FLU. Schools are closed for two weeks, there are 30 deaths in the greater area and people are in fear. Everyone in business is wearing masks. The city is holding their breath at what the President will say this weekend. Already they do not want large public meetings. If the President gives the word and proclaims a state of emergency, then our conference is off, and church meetings are canceled as well. The hospitals and clinics are very full. Restaurants and casual business is empty due to fear.
Needless to say, we are all praying for the situation here. Please join us in asking the Lord to protect these people and to bind up fear especially for the unbelievers. They do not have their faith to turn to. We are asking the Lord how to go in a public place and pray for people who are afraid. We think it can be used as an outreach of good will and witness. We need wisdom to do it right. We especially need to use this occasion to heal the sick.
Thank you for praying with us! Larry and Debbie Mininger

Pray for Albania: David & Valbona:
Thank you for praying for Christopher. We are still waiting for the final tests and results. He seems much better but we would like to get to the bottom of this.
- Please pray for the finances. The economic turndown in North America has finally started to affect us and we are in need of some miracles.
- Pray for our fall outreach programs that many would get saved.
- We usually go back to North America in January/February but it looks like we are not going to be able to go this year. Pray that God would do the work for us.
- Pray for Elona who is now in Turkey
- We would like to start some businesses to support the ministry. Pray that God would direct us and show us His will.
- We are seeing some great things happening in our church and we are trusting the Lord that these things could be the start of a National revival.
Thank you all for your prayers. God bless. David, Valbona, Christopher and Kimberley

Pray for Turkey:
Pray for Ismail and Angela:
Greetings from Turkey! I trust all is well with you. We applied for a property form the government a few weeks ago for the Laodicea Church and it was on the national newspaper which you can see in the below. Please remember this in your prayer time that we find favor in the eyes of authorities to receive a property As many of you know Turkey is %98 Muslim and if they give a property for the church building it will be the first in the Land. Blessings, Ps. Ismail Serinken
From the national newspaper:
Hürriyet 26 October 2009 Monday 5:50 p.m.
ANKARA Pastor İsmail Serinken, leader of Mesih’in (Messiah’s) Church, last week submitted a written application to the municipal government in Denizli for the purpose of opening a church. He sent a written application to the Denizli Municipality . Authorities who noticed Serinken’s request for a place to open a new church in Denizli, which is located near the ancient town of Laodicea (one of the 7 churches mentioned in the New Testament of the Bible), have been evaluating the written application.
Mufti Mehmet Köse [the Islamic official for the district] pointed out that, to open a church, it first needs to be determined whether there is a requirement for this or not. “If our genuine Christian citizens, in order to carry out their religious beliefs, are wanting to open a church here, no one can say no,” he said. The Assistant Mayor Osman Zolan noted that if in Denizli this necessity is established, this [any obstacle] will be overcome. It is not known how many Christians are in Denizli.

Jerry & Terry,
Randal & Dorothea
We are leaving for Israel this Sunday for 10 days. Please keep us in prayer as things are a bit unsettled there and that we make the right connections regarding the coffee house in Jerusalem. Also many countries are now openly turning against Israel.
on a personal note our youngest daughter Sarah is in the Coast Guard stationed on a ship and is experiencing frequent episodes of heart racing.
Thank you for your prayers. Randal & Dorothea
Always remember to Pray for Israel
